...it would look like Chapters.

Well, sort of. There would be rows and rows of unending shelves of books on many levels. Quiet librarians with soft hands would help sort them, taking care not to bend any pages or tear the edge of the covers and create those ugly white borders that come with worn and re-read books.

There would be only books. No purses or other gift items to distract the mind and the wallet. There would be no cash registers, no money, and no security except a photograph-painting of a rose above the double wooden doors, meaning sub-rosa.

Every time a book is authored on Earth, it would appear on the celestial shelves, because as it is on Earth so it is in Heaven. Continuous content, all the time, so that I will be content to spend the rest of eternity in the young adult/fantasy/sci-fi/new age section, occasionally venturing out to see what other genres I missed in life.

Nothing would go missing. If I got bored of a book, I'd put it on the armchair of my recliner, and it would instantly return it its shelf, either by flight or by librarian, depending on the weightiness of the book in question. Ebooks, of course, would also be present, displaying either on a hand-held screen, through the ear, or perhaps a holosuite--perhaps Chapters could install one in the bathroom, not that I would be using that.

Oh, and one more thing. Bathrooms are completely unnecessary in heaven, but I would like to think that my sweet tooth would remain in tact. Therefore, in a completely separate section of the Chapters-Heaven, there will be a cafe with fruit and chocolate everywhere.

But no books are allowed there because if one gets dirty, I would be very angry, and although the book would automatically cleanse itself, the afterlife is not about getting angry.

And then, when my 1000 years are up, and I'm called to another body, hopefully I don't have to spend another lifetime collecting and reading the same genre!
